Aries (March 21-April 19)
This week's two biggest events are Mars retrograde turn on Wednesday and a Full Moon in your career sector a day later, both rare events. While you will always have a Full Moon in your career sector at this time of year, the first with Saturn on board in three decades comes with the power to move mountains. What makes this even more auspicious is Ceres' return to your work sector on the same day and Juno's return to your income sector over the weekend. Mars will turn retrograde every other year, but his first retrograde turn since 2016 isn't what makes this a rare event, rather where it falls. For the first time in 47 years, Mars turns retrograde in your sector of friendship, teamwork and networking, creating the potential to reconnect with old friends or to just back up, making the most of a chance for a do over.
Taurus (April 20-May 20)
Things take an unexpected turn on the professional front this week when instead of leaving your career sector on Wednesday, Mars instead turns retrograde. Six weeks after returning for what is normally a six week visit, Mars decided he's staying on, but in a different guise. Having to apply the brakes in order to turn retrograde, the warrior planet of the cosmos will instead slow things down as he begins a two month retrograde phase. Instead of career matters running there course, there will be a chance to pull back and retrace your steps. This puts last week's work/life balance tension into perspective, especially as Venus continues to make this an important point of the year for home and family matters. A powerful and adventurous Full Moon on Thursday also brings home why work/life balance is so important.
Gemini (May 21-June 20)
There are a number of different themes in play this week, incorporating more than one area of your chart working together. One of those themes is what is playing out across the income, work and career fronts. With the Sun spending his first full week in your income sector, Neptune his first full week in retrograde motion in your career sector and Jupiter moving into his final weeks in retrograde motion on the job front, all three are working together. It helps that you start the week with the Moon in your work sector, allowing you to read between the lines and join the dots across the income, work and career fronts. Another theme is that of communication, friendship and relationship building, where again planets in three different areas of your chart are working together. Yet there is one area of discord, with the Sun's first full week in your income sector getting a push back from both a Full Moon and Saturn in your financial sector.
Cancer (June 21-July 22)
Last week it was an opposition between Venus in your income sector and Mars in your financial sector that may have created some financial tension. Yet with Venus receiving nothing but support as she moves forward on the income front and Mars turning retrograde in your financial sector on Wednesday, any financial tension will already be turning into motivation. As you look back you're able to see how this has worked to your advantage. This is a lesson that you can take with you as the Sun finds himself under pressure, during his first full week in Cancer. At some point during your birthday month, you will be confronted by a Full Moon in your relationship sector, but not to the degree that Thursday's Full Moon does. Yet this is simply a balance between your personal and relationship needs being policed, with communication key to turning this into an opportunity for a breakthrough.
Leo (July 23-August 22)
This is a week which will reveal itself in layers and chances are it won't be until you reach the end of the week and look back that you'll appreciate all that it offers. This is especially so across the income, work and career fronts, with Thursday's Full Moon in your work sector sending out ripples across all three fronts. Mainly because this is done in conjunction with some minor planetary shifts that on their own might not have made an impact. All of a sudden something is buzzing and energized across the income, work and career fronts. In the meantime, Mars' retrograde turn in your relationship sector on Wednesday is a rare chance for the warrior planet of the cosmos to turn his focus onto the past. This is Mars' first retrograde turn in your relationship sector in 47 years, opening the doors to the past and second chances.
Virgo (August 23-September 22)
In a week of big events which include Mars' retrograde turn in your work sector and a powerful Full Moon in a fun, playful, romantic and creatively charged part of your chart, it is the movement of a dwarf planet that will have the biggest impact for you. Ceres, dwarf planet and the queen of nurturing returns to Virgo on Thursday, making her the first planet in your sign since Mars left last October. While your birthday month and new solar year is still nearly two months away, with Venus returning 12 days later, this is the first chance this year to start looking at your own needs. In the meantime, with Mars turning retrograde on the work front you will find that less is now more, making it easier to balance your personal and professional lives. On both the romantic and relationship fronts there is a sense of nostalgia, with the doors open to the past and second chances.
Libra (September 23-October 22)
This is a week where, while things are coming together across the income, work and career fronts, they could have become a lot busier. By Wednesday it will have been exactly six weeks since Mars returned to a fun, playful, romantic and creatively charged part of your chart, making this the day he should not only leave, but should return to your work sector, kicking off the busiest six weeks of the year. Yet instead of leaving Mars turns retrograde and won't now return to your work sector until November and the timing couldn't be better. With Neptune in the first full week of a five month retrograde phase, Mars is instead waiting until he turns direct, putting forward movement on the job front on hold. While the Sun is exploring new career options, Mars has decided a balance between work and play is just as important.
Scorpio (October 23-November 21)
Last week saw Mars and Venus come to blows, with their opposition late last week potentially creating some professional pressure or work/life balance tension. Yet they seem to have sorted out their differences, by each choosing to go their separate ways. Venus will continue to move forward on the career front, with things slowly falling into place across the income, work and career fronts. Mars doubles down on his focus on home and family matters and on Wednesday turns retrograde, shifting his focus onto the past. This is the point where after six weeks in your home and family sector Mars should be moving on. Instead, a retrograde turn will keep him here for another two months and even then, will return for a second visit after retrograding back out. Your home and professional lives remain just as important, though on their own and separate ways.
Sagittarius (November 22-December 21)
To start with it looks like business as usual, especially on the professional front, with the Moon's return to Sagittarius on Monday even bringing a chance to get your bearings. Yet even before the Moon leaves on Thursday you'll have a sense that something is brewing. That something is tension between the Sun, in his first full week in your financial sector and Saturn, in retrograde motion in your income sector. Yet just as they move into opposition midweek, the Moon's return to your income sector on Thursday creates a Full Moon that could exacerbate any financial tension, but at the same time increase the potential for a breakthrough. For despite any financial tension, this coincides with small developments coming together on the job and career fronts. This will look very different on the other side of a Full Moon that has the potential to bring income and money matters to fruition or to a head, turning and/or tipping point.
Capricorn (December 22-January 19)
While there is a lot happening this week, including Mars' retrograde turn in your income sector on Wednesday, for you the event of the week is Thursday's Full Moon in Capricorn. This is a Full Moon that falls at this time every year, bringing you to the halfway point in your solar year and with a chance to put a stamp on your own needs. Always falling at some point during the Sun's month long visit to your relationship sector, this is a chance for your own needs to fight back. Yet with Saturn in Capricorn you've been standing your ground all year, with a chance to use this Full Moon as your own personal line in the sand. Fortunately you have Mercury, planet of communication in your relationship sector until Friday, on hand to turn this into an opportunity for a breakthrough. This is a Full Moon that gives you the power to move mountains.
Aquarius (January 20-February 18)
The Sun's first full week in your work sector is a mixed blessing. The Sun returns to shine the solar spotlight on your work situation and job matters at this time every year. Yet with Jupiter in his final weeks in retrograde motion in your career sector and Neptune in his first full week in retrograde motion in your income sector, there is support across the income, work and career fronts. Starting the week with the Moon in your career sector and your professional instincts and imagination fueled from the get go, will allow you to tap into that. Yet the Sun is being confronted both by Thursday's Full Moon and by Saturn in a nostalgic and reflective part of your chart. Like Venus and Mercury before him, the Sun is being made aware that a need to pace yourself is being policed. Yet with Mercury's intellectually savvy edge and the Sun's transparency, you've got the means and incentive to work smarter.
Pisces (February 19-March 20)
With Venus already in your work sector, Mercury returning on Friday and the Moon returning to your career sector on Monday, you have reached an important week for having your work and professional hats on. With the Moon coming full circle from last month's Full Moon, this may even trigger some unexpected developments across the income, work and career fronts. Yet with the Sun spending his first full week in a fun, playful, romantic and creatively charged part of your chart, this is also a week where there needs to be a balance between work and play. This is something that shouldn't be a challenge, with playful and busy work forces not putting any pressure on each other. While the Moon won't find any of the professional pressure or work/life balance tension last month's Full Moon created, this will bring a timely reminder of a need for work/life balance.
